Keystone Food Service is happy to announce a new partnership with Vinita Public Schools that will provide students with fresh, healthy meal options this school year.

Keystone Food Service focuses on providing freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options for the students it serves. The Oklahoma-based and family-owned company serves over 100,000 meals daily and is now the cafeteria vendor for Vinita Public Schools.

“Every day, students will be able to eat a healthy, balanced meal that the school board and administration can be proud of,” said Josh Sanders, CEO of Keystone Food Service.

Menu options students can find include freshly made chicken wraps, pork carnitas, yogurt parfaits, and of course, pizza. Students will also find that nutritious offerings like fresh steamed vegetables, fruit and salad are prepared daily to accompany each main course. Students and faculty will also be able to utilize an order-ahead feature which will allow them to customize their meal selections. This year, with additional funding from the USDA, all students will eat free.

“We are already getting great feedback and look forward to cooking up great meals for the kids in this community,” Sanders said. “We are proud to partner with Vinita Public Schools, and we are grateful to its school board and the administration for their willingness to try something new to benefit the kids they serve.”

Keystone Food Service began by providing meals at fraternity and sorority houses on college campuses in Oklahoma. Since its inception, its operations have grown to service over 140 school districts in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas.
